How to send your license to a connected device

You can send a license to a device connected to your Management Console account if you want to use a new license on it or replace an existing license.

To send your license to a connected device:

  1. Go to the Licenses tab.
  2. Click the relevant license.
  3. Click Send to device and select Connected device.
  4. Click the Send license button.
  5. Select the devices you want to send the license to.
  6. Click the Send button.

It may take up to 24 hours to send a license.

To see the status of sending a license, go to the Licenses tab, open the license you have sent and go to the My devices section.

To unsend the license, click the status icon in the device panel and click Undo send.

You may need to finish the license delivery process on the device where you sent the license. If you see a corresponding notification, open the app on the device where you sent the license and follow the instructions to start using it with your license.
