Select the device to which you want to send the license.
Click Send.
Sending a license may not be available. Sending a license may take up to 24 hours.
Please make sure that the activation code is not expired, blocked, or suspended and the device to which you want to send the license is connected to your account. In some cases, a license still cannot be sent, usually, due to the following technical restrictions and limitations:
the license expires sooner than a license used in the application;
another license delivery is pending;
no empty slots (devices or users) left under the license limit;
the product is not yet commercially launched in your region;
the license is trial or free;
the license is for a per-user service which is activated automatically when connected to your account;
the license is not compatible with the installed application version;
a Kaspersky Small Office Security license cannot be sent from My Kaspersky;
a Kaspersky Small Office Security license can only be sent from Management Console by the license administrator;
a license for a limited amount of time and devices cannot be sent if an auto-renewable license in any status is used in the application;
a license with auto-renewal cannot be sent if an active license for a limited amount of time and devices is used in the application.
To replace a license on your device with another license, you may first need to revoke the existing license from your device and then send a new license.
