How to invite your colleagues

You can invite all your colleagues by email directly from your account so that they can use your license to protect their devices.

To invite your colleagues:

  1. Go to the Licenses tab.
  2. Make sure you have added information about your license to your account.
  3. Click the Send to device button.
  4. Select Invite colleagues.
  5. Enter or paste email addresses separated by a space, semicolon, or line break.

    You can specify no more than 50 email addresses at once.

  6. Click the Send button.

Download links are sent to the specified email addresses.

After your colleagues download and install the application from the invitation email, their applications connect to your account automatically. You will be able to manage the security of your office devices in Management Console. Your colleagues will not have access to your account or private data.
