How to disconnect a device from Management Console

You can disconnect a device from Management Console, for example, if you no longer use your device. Disconnecting a device will also disconnect the applications that are installed on the device.

You will not be able to manage remotely Kaspersky applications installed on a device after the device is disconnected from your account. Disconnecting devices from Management Console does not affect the operation of the applications installed on the device if they do not require a mandatory connection to your account. The licenses for the use of the disconnected applications will continue to operate under the terms of the End User License Agreements. Information about the licenses will remain in the Licenses section.

Functionality of applications that require mandatory connection to your account will be unavailable after the application is disconnected.

To disconnect a device from Management Console:

  1. Go to the Devices section.
  2. Click on the device that you want to disconnect.
  3. Click Disconnect device.
  4. Confirm the action.

    The device will be disconnected from your account. The Kaspersky applications installed on the device will be also disconnected.

You can reconnect the disconnected device.
