A My Kaspersky account is required to log in to My Kaspersky and to use the portal and various other Kaspersky Lab applications.
If you do not yet have an account on the My Kaspersky portal, you can create one on the portal or through any application that is compatible with the portal. You can also use your credentials from other Kaspersky Lab resources to log in to the portal.
When creating an account on the My Kaspersky portal, you must specify an active email address and generate a password. The password must include at least 8 characters and contain at least one digit, one uppercase Latin letter, and one lowercase Latin letter. No white spaces are allowed.
If the password that has been entered is too simple or widespread, no account will be created.
When creating an account, you can set a special question that will be used for added protection in case you restore your forgotten password.
After the account is created, a message will be sent to the email address that you have specified, containing a link for activation of your account.
