Starting and stopping the application

After installing the application, the Setup Wizard places the application icon on the desktop.

To start the application:

double-click the Kaspersky Software Updater icon on the desktop.

The main window opens.

To exit Kaspersky Software Updater:

Open the context menu by right-clicking the application icon in the notification area of the Microsoft Windows taskbar.
Select Exit.

Exiting Kaspersky Software Updater while in the process of installing updates could lead to removal of the application being updated.
