Managing Light Agent for Windows via the command line

To manage a protected virtual machine with the Light Agent for Windows component from the command line, the following commands are provided:

`RESTORE`	Restore a file from Backup.
`EXPORT`	Export application settings.
`IMPORT`	Import application settings.
`SVMINFO`	Show SVM information.
`LICENSE`	Show license information.
