Policies and tasks configured for components of Kaspersky Security 5.2 (including Kaspersky Security update 5.2.1) are not compatible with components of Kaspersky Security for Virtualization 6.0 Light Agent.
After upgrading Kaspersky Security, you can use the values of the settings of policies and tasks configured in Kaspersky Security Center for the previous version of the Protection Server. To do this, you need to convert those policies and tasks using the Kaspersky Security Center Policies and Tasks Batch Conversion Wizard.
You can also create new policies based on the existing policies using the Policy Wizard. To do so, when entering the group policy name, select the Use settings from policy for previous application version check box (for more details, please refer to the Kaspersky Security Center help).
After updating the Protection Server, you can delete the policies and tasks that were created for the previous version of the Protection Server.
Policies and tasks configured in Kaspersky Security Center for the previous version of Light Agent for Linux cannot be converted or migrated. To manage the settings of Light Agents for Linux included in Kaspersky Security for Virtualization 6.0 Light Agent, you need to create a new Light Agent policy (a policy of the Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux application that is used in Light Agent mode on virtual machines).
To convert policies and tasks that were configured in Kaspersky Security Center for the previous version of the Protection Server:
