You agree to automatically submit the following information via the installed software (hereinafter "the Software") the rights to which belong to AO Kaspersky Lab (hereinafter "Kaspersky Lab" or "the Rightholder"):
Checksums of files being processed (MD5 and SHA256), information needed to determine the reputation of an URL (including the URL whose reputation is requested, the ID of the connection protocol, and the number of the port used), information about the types of threats detected, the ID of the threat detected in the database of threats, the name of the threat according to the Rightholder's classification, the ID of the scan task during which the threat was detected.
The checksum (MD5) of the emulation template and the size of template.
Information about activity on the User's computer, including the current date and time, the amount of time that has elapsed since the last user activity, and information about the running system processes (the ID of the system process (PID), the process name, the time when the process started, the account under which the process was started, the application or command that started the process, the full path to process files and the command string used to launch the process, a description of the product with which the process is associated (name, description, vendor), name of the active window and the time when it became active.
Information about websites visited, including URL addresses typed in the browser by the user, search queries entered by the User in search engines, and URL addresses visited from search engines, the time when the URL was visited, the ID of the URL type and URL parameters, statistical parameters of URLs visited, including the language and distribution of words through the text.
Information about usage of the product's graphic user interface, including the time and type of user interaction with the interface, ID of the interface element with which the User interacted, and its position in the interface hierarchy.
Versions of the emulator component and its configuration settings as well as information about digital certificates used and data needed for authentication of certificates.
Information about installation and activation of the Software on the computer, the full version of the Software installed (including the version of the installed Software update), the localization language of the Software, the name and type of the Software, the type of license installed and its validity period, the ID of the partner from whom the license was purchased, the license serial number, the type of Software installation on the computer (new installation, upgrade, etc.), the attribute of successful installation or the number of installation error, the unique ID of the Software installation on the computer, the type and ID of the application with which the update is performed, the ID of the update task, the attribute of the User's participation in KSN and the Protect a Friend program (including the ID of the program available for use with the Software), the unique ID of the startup of the update task, the unique ID of the User in the Rightholder's services.
Information about the operating system (OS) installed on the computer (including the name, type, and bit count of the OS), IDs of third-party software installation of which was suggested and which was chosen by the User and installed together with the Software, the unique ID of the hard drive (HDD) of the computer where the Software is installed, the size of physical and virtual memory, the RAM brand, the mother board brand, the brand and name of the BIOS application, the graphics card brand and size of graphic card memory, the brand and type of network adapter and its data rate, the brand and type of the monitor, and information about USB devices connected to the computer: the class/model of the USB device, the brand and name of the device, the date of the most recent device connection to the computer, information about devices that support the UPnP protocol, including the device brand and name, and the date of the most recent connection, system usage information, including the size of available memory and memory in use, the amount of free disk space, regional settings of the OS (including the time zone, default keyboard layout, and interface language), UAC settings, OS firewall settings, OS parental control settings, Windows Update settings, information about environment variables and the user account.
Information about the type of operation performed by the User in response to the marketing offer displayed, the ID of the offer, the ID of the link contained in the offer, the date and time when the offer was displayed, the number of days until license expiration, and the number of days since activation at the time when the offer was shown.
Information about all installed applications, including the name and version of the installed application, the versions of the installed updates, the name of the publisher, the date of installation and the full path to the installation folder on the computer, the configuration (settings) of the application (including browsers).
If you participate in the Protect a Friend program, for purposes of evaluating performance and improving the quality of the Program you agree to submit information about the unique ID of the User participating in the Program, the ID of the type of action, the ID of the badge (achievement), the ID of the Software, and the ID of the language of the Software interface, the type of license used, the ID of the active Program, the name of the social network where the User posted a link, profile, or badge (achievement).
To improve the quality of protection of users performing payment transactions on the Internet, you agree to submit automatically to the financial website the information about the name and version of the Software and the Software customization setting, the ID of the Software plug-in in the web browser used to access the financial website, the ID showing whether a safe browser or a regular browser was used, and the checksum of service data.
The information transmitted does not contain any personal data or other confidential information of the User and is needed for the operation of the Rightsholder's Software, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The information received is protected by the Rightholder in the manner prescribed by the law and is required for the operation of the Software made available to use under the license.
Kaspersky Lab may use the acquired statistical data based on the information collected to monitor computer security threat trends and publish reports on them.
