Viewing trace logs

To view trace logs:

  1. In the application web interface window, select Nodes.
  2. Click kwts_menu_button to open the Nodes section menu.
  3. Click View trace logs.

    The Trace logs for Technical Support page opens with the list of previously created trace logs.

  4. If you want to see which servers are covered by the trace log, click kwts_button_plus in the selected row.
