The following new features are implemented in Kaspersky Security Integrations for MSP.
Version 4.0
We have added integration with SIEM (Splunk Enterprise). This integration allows you to monitor information about the events that occur in your clients' Office 365 mailboxes, by means of one tool—so multiple software products are not needed.
We have stopped supporting integration with Tigerpaw.
Version 3.0
We have added integration with SolarWinds RMM. This integration allows Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to automate a number of routine operations, to benefit from automated deployment through native tools of SolarWinds RMM, and to see all crucial information in a single console. Kaspersky Security Integration with SolarWinds RMM is delivered free of charge as a set of files with scripts that you can download from the Kaspersky website.
In particular, SolarWinds RMM administrators can use Kaspersky Security Integration with SolarWinds RMM to perform the following operations:
Integrations with SolarWinds N-central and ConnectWise Automate now support Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11.2 for Windows.
Version 2 Maintenance Release 3
Integration with ConnectWise Automate now supports Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11.3 and 11.4 for Windows, and Kaspersky Security 11 for Windows Server.
Version 2 Maintenance Release 2
When configuring ticketing in the settings of integrations with ConnectWise Manage and Autotask, you can now specify a ticket creation delay. When a computer status changes to Warning or Critical, a ticket is created not immediately but only after the delay that you specify. If the computer status returns to OK before the delay ends, no ticket is created.
Version 2 Maintenance Release 1
Support for ConnectWise Automate 2019.
Version 2.0
Support for a new licensing scheme for Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud and Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Plus.
New versions of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows and Kaspersky Security for Windows Server are now supported by ConnectWise Automate AV Management Dashboard.

Closing a ticket or a service order in the PSA system when Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Office 365 notifies that a previously occurred issue is resolved.
