What's new in Kaspersky Security Integration with ConnectWise Manage MR2
Kaspersky Security Integration with ConnectWise Manage MR2 provides the following new features:
- Ticketing has been updated. In Kaspersky Security Integration with ConnectWise Manage MR2, you can configure ticketing basing on different types of events as well as changes in computer statuses that occur in the company network. Automatic closing of tickets, which were created basing on changes in computer statuses, is also implemented.
In Kaspersky Security Integration with ConnectWise Manage MR1, tickets were created basing on events only and automatic tickets closing was impossible.
- New information related to the integration is added to ConnectWise Manage interface. In the company profile, you can find the name of the virtual server or workspace mapped to this company, as well as the link to open your Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud workspace form ConnectWise Manage company profile.
