How to reset your password

If you forgot your password for Kaspersky Account, you can restore access to your account by resetting your password.

To reset the account password, follow these steps:

  1. Open the https://account.uis.kaspersky.com/ page.
  2. Click the Forgot your password? link.
  3. Enter the email address you specified when creating your account.
  4. Click Next.

    If the specified email address is registered on the website, a confirmation code will be sent to it.

    If you receive a message that a user with such an email address was not found, then most likely you used a different email address, or logged in using Facebook/Google Account/Apple ID. In this case, you need to click Cancel and try to log in using Facebook/Google Account/Apple ID.

  5. On the portal, enter the confirmation code. Create a new password.

    The password must contain at least 8 characters that include at least one numeral, one uppercase and one lowercase letter, and no spaces. The password must not duplicate one of your recent passwords. See all Password requirements.

    If two-step verification is enabled, you will have to enter a unique security code from the SMS message or from the authenticator app.

  6. Click Next.

    The new password for signing in to Kaspersky Account is saved.

If you did not receive a message, check your spam folder, or the correctness of the entered email address, and try again. If you still do not receive a message, the email address you specified is probably not registered on the website. You can contact Customer Service by phone.
