How to delete your account

You can delete your account and all associated information from the website.

This operation removes your account and all associated personal and payment data from the Kaspersky Account website. This operation cannot be undone. It removes information about your order history, connected devices, licenses, solutions used, and automatic license renewal. Auto-renewals will be turned off.

To delete your account, follow these steps:

1. Open the https://account.uis.kaspersky.com/ page. You might need to sign in.
2. In the upper right corner of the page, click Account. In the drop-down menu, click the Delete button.
3. On the Delete your account page, read the consequences of the profile deletion and click the Delete button.

Your account and all associated information is deleted. A message containing information about your applications and activation codes is sent to your email address.
