To check if an email address is set in your profile, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Facebook account.
2. Follow the link to the Account Center.
3. Go to Personal Details -> Contact Info.
Check whether your email address is displayed in this section. If the address is displayed, go to the next paragraph. If not, follow the steps below to use Kaspersky Account:
1. In the Personal Details -> Contact Info, select Add email address.
2. Enter your email address and select the checkbox next to the account you want to link it to.
3. Enter the confirmation code you received (it will be emailed to you).
4. Log out and log in to your Kaspersky Account.
If this does not solve the problem, go to Your Actions -> Apps and Sites.Remove all the Kaspersky applications from the list, then log out and log in to your Kaspersky Account. Allow the application to access your email.
