How to fix the Apple Account sign in error

If you get the Could not sign in using Apple error and you have previously changed your Apple Account settings (e.g. email), follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://account.apple.com. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click Sign in with Apple.
  3. In the list of used applications, click Kaspersky.
  4. Click Stop using Sign in with Apple.
  5. Click Stop using.
  6. Return to https://account.uis.kaspersky.com/. Sign in with Apple Account.
  7. Enter your Apple Account and password.
  8. Select Share my email and click Continue.
