Beta and subscriptions

If you have bought a license to use the Premium version of Kaspersky Who Calls and then use the same device to test the beta version of the app, your existing license will be automatically changed to the beta-testing license. Your license term will not be extended by the duration of beta testing.

If you want to keep using your Premium license at the same time, open Kaspersky Who Calls on another device with the same Apple ID and renew your subscription to the app. You will be able to use the Premium version on this other device.

Beta testing is not available under the same license as the Premium version of the app.

To check which version (release or beta) of the app you are currently using:

  1. Open Kaspersky Who Calls.
  2. Tap _icon_calls.
  3. In the Additional section you will see #WhoCalls Premium (if you already have a subscription), #WhoCalls Free (if you are using the free version of the app) or #WhoCalls Beta (if you are using the beta version).
  4. Tap the name of your Kaspersky Who Calls version.

Information about your subscription will be displayed.

While using the beta version of the app, you will not be able to purchase or renew the license. After you quit beta testing, reinstall Kaspersky Who Calls and restore your purchased subscription to continue using the Premium version of the app.
