Training

The platform offers three types of training: Main course, Express course and Special courses:

• The main course program is divided into various levels of difficulty. Each topic at each difficulty level includes several lessons from 5 to 15 minutes, an email reinforcement, test, and a simulated phishing attack, if applicable.
• Express course training is more intensive. In each unit, all the basic skills of each topic are studied. Interactive exercises help consolidate the skills learned in the course. The express course doesn't include simulated phishing attacks. We recommend running phishing campaigns separately for users taking the express course.
• You can create your own Special courses by uploading your own training materials on topics relevant to your company.

Launching the Main course, Express course and Special courses at the same time for the same user isn't prohibited by platform settings. However, it's recommended that these types of training be assigned sequentially.

You can add your own slides to lessons, which describe situations that are typical for your company.

In the Main Course and Express Course, you can add your own questions to the tests, and also set which questions will be displayed to users.

Skills

By training on the platform, users gain cyber literacy skills. They help spot scammers in time and learn the rules of cyber hygiene. For example:

• If you get a suspicious email at work, forward it to your cybersecurity team for review.
• Always check links in emails.

In total, the platform covers 700+ skills. Each lesson contains 1-2 skills.
