Adding employees to phishing campaigns

To be able to add company employees to phishing campaigns:

  1. Add a domain to the platform and verify ownership of it.
  2. Add an A record to your domain registrar:
    1. Log in to your domain registrar's control panel.
    2. Add DNS record:
      • Select record type A.
      • For the (Host) name, enter "@".
      • For the value, enter the IP address that the domain or subdomain will point to.
    3. Save the recording.
  3. Wait until changes to the DNS records take effect.

    It may take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours for DNS record changes to take effect. Use online DNS record checking tools to ensure that your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records have been added correctly.

The DNS record is now added. Now you can add users with email addresses in your company's domain to phishing campaigns without getting their consent in the training invitation.
