Error 1303 or 1310 when installing a Kaspersky application

During installation of a Kaspersky application, you may get "Error 1303. The Setup Wizard has insufficient privileges to access this folder” or "1310. Error writing file".
- Uninstall the Kaspersky application using the kavremover tool.
- Make sure that the folder or file specified in the error window is removed. If this folder or file is not removed, remove it manually.
- Perform a clean boot of Windows. See the instructions on the Microsoft support website.
- Run the installer again.
