Operations on reporting tasks

In the tasks table on the SettingsReporting page, you can launch, edit, and delete a reporting task, as well as download a report related to the task.

Launching a reporting task

To launch a task in the tasks table:

  1. In the Status column of the tasks table, use the toggle switch to enable the task you want to launch.
  2. In the Actions column of the tasks table, click the Launch now button.

The task is launched and is being performed. When the task is under execution, you cannot disable, edit, delete this task, or download a report.

Editing a reporting task

To edit a reporting task:

  1. In the Actions column of the tasks table, click the Pencil icon. (Edit) icon.
  2. Customize the reporting task as described in the Reporting settings section (see the "Customizing a report and adding a reporting task" subsection).
  3. Click Save.

The task is edited.

Deleting a reporting task

To delete a reporting task:

  1. In the Actions column of the tasks table, click the Trash can icon. (Delete) icon.
  2. In the confirmation window that opens, confirm deleting the task.

The task is deleted.

Downloading a report

Before downloading a report, enable the corresponding task in the Status column of the tasks table.

To download a report,

In the Actions column of the tasks table, click the Report download icon. (Download) icon.
