When the task is launched manually the audit log registers the event “internal error”.
Reasons: the task scheduler failed to load the task settings to start the task. Check if
- the file "%allusersprofile%\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\KAV for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition\6.0\Settings\taskset.cfg" exists,
- the file does not have 0 size
- the account under which the Kaspersky Anti-Virus service runs has full rights for the file.
You can restore the task configuration file to its default by running the installation of Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition in the Repair mode.
