You can unpublish published versions of the application. For example, you may need to unpublish an application if the application was signed with a compromised key. All published versions of the application will be unpublished in Kaspersky Appicenter and will be unavailable for viewing in the Kaspersky Appicenter application showcase, Kaspersky Security Center, or for installation on devices running KasperskyOS.
You can unpublish an application only if it has single version with the Published status displayed on the Kaspersky Appicenter for Developers portal.
To unpublish an application:
In the Kaspersky Appicenter for Developers portal, use the main menu to go to the Applications section.
Click the name of the application that you want to unpublish.
Click the Unpublish button.
All previously published versions of the application will be unpublished in the Kaspersky Appicenter application showcase, Kaspersky Security Center, and on devices running KasperskyOS. The following will also happen:
In the Kaspersky Appicenter for Developers portal, the application will be assigned the Unpublished status. This action retains the files and information about the application and development company in Kaspersky Appicenter for Developers.
In the Kaspersky Appicenter showcase, the application will no longer appear in the list of all applications and cannot be found via search.
In Kaspersky Security Center and on devices running KasperskyOS, the application will no longer appear in the list of all applications and will be unavailable for installation on new devices. If a version of an unpublished application is already installed on a device, that version will remain on the device. If an outdated version of the application is installed, you can update it.
