將 Microsoft 365 組織連接到工作區

啟用資料發現功能後，須如本節所述，將 Microsoft 365 組織連接到 Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud 工作區。然後，您就能在管理控制台中查看資料發現偵測結果。

將 Microsoft 365 組織連接到工作區的步驟如下：

1. 開啟 Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud 管理控制台。
2. 請執行下列其中一項操作：
   • 在「資訊介面」部分，選擇「正在啟動」分頁，然後點擊「連接 Microsoft 365 組織」。
   • 在「資訊介面」部分，選擇「監控」分頁，然後點擊「連接 Microsoft 365 組織」按鈕或「連接 Microsoft 365 組織」的連結。

   系統將重新導向至 Microsoft Online 網站。

3. 指定所需的 Microsoft 365 全局管理員帳戶，並授予所需權限。

   您指定的全局管理員帳戶必須屬於您需要查看資料的 Microsoft 365 組織。請注意，Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud 只會使用所獲得的許可，不會儲存全局管理員憑證。

   系統將返回 Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud 管理控制台。

檢查並驗證指定憑證後，您的 Microsoft 365 組織將連接到您的 Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud 工作區。Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud 將開始對 Microsoft 365 雲端儲存空間的檔案進行首次掃描。

掃描完成後，您可以在資料發現小工具和表格中查看偵測結果。
