Manage apps in Corporate App Catalog Management Console

In Corporate App Catalog Management Console, you can add and delete apps, as well as edit the app settings.

Add apps

You can add apps to Corporate App Catalog in the following ways:

To add an app file to Corporate App Catalog:

  1. In your device browser, open Corporate App Catalog Management Console.
  2. Click Add App in the App list section.

    The New App Wizard window opens.

  3. Click Browse and select the app file to be added to Corporate App Catalog.
  4. Click Next.

    The App description window opens.

  5. In the App name field, enter the name of the app.
  6. In the App description field, enter the description of the app.

    You can add general information about the app and its main features.

  7. Click Apply.

The app is added and available to the users of Corporate App Catalog.

To add a link to an app to Corporate App Catalog:

  1. In your device browser, open Corporate App Catalog Management Console.
  2. Click Add link to app in the App list section.

    The Link to app window opens.

  3. Enter the link to the app in the Link to the app field. You can add a link to Google Play, App Store, or any internal storage.

    Examples:

    https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kaspersky.kes

    ftp://yourname@yourhost/yourapp.apk

  4. Click Next.

    The App description window opens.

  5. In the App name field, enter the name of the app.
  6. In the App description field, enter the description of the app.

    You can add general information about the app and its main features.

  7. Click Apply.

The app link is added and available to the users of Corporate App Catalog.

Edit app settings

To change settings of the added apps:

  1. In your device browser, open Corporate App Catalog Management Console.
  2. Select an app in the App list section.
  3. Click Edit settings.
  4. Change the required settings, and then click Apply.

Remove apps

To remove an app from the Corporate App Catalog:

  1. In your device browser, open Corporate App Catalog Management Console.
  2. In the App list section, select one or several apps in the list of apps, and then click Remove selected apps.
  3. Click Yes in the Confirm deletion dialog.

The selected apps are now removed from Corporate App Catalog.
