Unlock Android device if it was blocked

Your Android device may be blocked, for example, as a result of the company Compliance Control policy. You can view the unlock code in Corporate App Catalog and unlock your device. The right to view unlock code must be granted to you by your administrator.

To unlock your mobile device:

1. In your device browser, sign in to Corporate App Catalog.
2. Open the Your devices section.
3. Find your device in the Your devices section and click Show unlock code.
4. Enter the unlock code on your device.

The device is unlocked.
