Updating the solution

You can update Corporate App Catalog and Corporate App Catalog Management Console using a newer version of the distribution package. You do not have to remove the previous version of the solution before the update.

The update procedure is identical to the installation procedure.

During the update, if Corporate App Catalog Management Console is running, the setup wizard prompts you to close it. After you close Corporate App Catalog Management Console, the update proceeds as usual.

Additional requirements and prerequisites

• The distribution package used for the update must be in the same language as the distribution package that you used initially to install the solution.
• The settings that you configure in the setup wizard during the update must correspond with the settings that you specified during installation of the solution.
