Downloading the Sandbox system log

Information in the Sandbox system log is stored as plain text. The data is stored for the last 7 days.

To download the Sandbox system log:

1. In the Sandbox web interface window, select the Administration section.
2. In the System log settings group, click the Download button.

   The download may start with some delay. Wait for the file to start downloading, do not refresh the page or click the Download button again. Downloading the Sandbox system log can take a long time.

   The file is saved to your local computer in your browser's downloads folder.
