If the user is not doing anything (the session is idle), we recommend terminating such a session. This reduces the risk of unauthorized access to Kaspersky Anti Targeted Attack Platform in cases when the user is actually done working with the application, but did not end the session.
To enable and configure the termination of inactive sessions:
Select the Settings section in the application web interface window.
Go to the Authentication policies tab.
In the Terminate inactive sessions section, specify the time after which you want the user session to be terminated if the user does not perform any actions. Enter the time in minutes in the Terminate inactive sessions after field.
If you want the Dashboard to be made inaccessible if the user is idle, select the Lock Dashboard when a session is inactive check box. If this check box is cleared, the Dashboard remains available for viewing by the user even if the session is inactive.
Click Apply.
Inactive user sessions will be terminated after the specified time.
