Restoring the SCN to PCN connection.

It may happen that a SCN loses connection with the PCN for a long time (more than a day), and as a result, the token used for the connection expires. In this case, in the Dashboard section, a PCN token expired. Log in to the SCN and restore the PCN connection message is displayed.

To restore the SCN to PCN connection:

  1. Log in to the application web interface with the administrator account.

You need to log into the web interface of the specific SCN that you need to reconnect to the PCN.

  2. Select the Operating mode section in the window of the application web interface.
  3. Click the Log in link to open the window for authorization on the PCN server.
  4. Enter the IP address of the PCN server to which the SCN was connected, and the user name and password of the administrator account created on the PCN for the SCN connection.
  5. Click Log in.

After some time, SCN is reconnected to the PCN, and the PCN token expired. Log in to the SCN and restore the PCN connection message is no longer displayed in the Dashboard section.
