KnGetSystemTimeRes()
This function is declared in the coresrv/time/time_api.h file.
Retcode KnGetSystemTimeRes(RtlTimeSpec *res);
This function lets you get the resolution of the system time source.
Output parameter res contains the resolution in RtlTimeSpec format.
