Sending information about quarantined files to Kaspersky Security Center

To manage quarantined files in the Web Console, you need to enable the transfer of data about quarantined files to the Administration Server.

To enable the transfer of data about quarantined files in the Web Console:

  1. In the main window of the Web Console, select Assets (Devices) → Policies and policy profiles.

    The list of policies opens.

  2. Select the administration group containing the devices to which the policy is applied. To do so, click the link in the Current path field in the upper part of the window and select the administration group in the window that opens.

    The list displays the policies configured for the selected administration group.

  3. Click the name of the required policy in the list.

    The policy properties window opens.

  4. In the policy properties window, select Application settings → General settingsStorage settings.
  5. In the Settings for transferring data to the Administration Server, select the Inform about files in Quarantine check box.
  6. Save your changes.

As a result, you can view the list of files quarantined on the device in the Kaspersky Security Center console. In the Web Console, you can perform actions with quarantined objects.
