Configuring the с Kaspersky Endpoint Detection and Response Expert (on-premise) integration in the Web Console

In the Web Console, you can enable or disable the EDR Expert (on-premise) component and manage the settings for the integration of the Kaspersky Endpoint Security application with Kaspersky Endpoint Detection and Response Expert (on-premise) in the policy properties (Application settings → Built-in Agents Configuration → Endpoint Detection and Response Expert (on-premise)).

To integrate with Kaspersky Endpoint Detection and Response Expert (on-premise), you need to enable the EDR Expert (on-premise) component and select the Endpoint Detection and Response Expert (version 8.0 or later) option, that is, the EDR Expert (OSMP) integration mode.

For the settings of Kaspersky Endpoint Detection and Response Expert (on-premise) Integration, nested policies in the hierarchy allow specifying independent values, even if all other policy settings are inherited. If Kaspersky Endpoint Detection and Response Expert (on-premise) Integration is enabled in the parent policy, and inheritance of settings is enabled in the child policy, then by default, the integration settings of the child policy are also inherited and cannot be changed. If you want to configure independent integration settings, select Use custom connection settings from the drop-down list. This makes Kaspersky Endpoint Detection and Response Expert (on-premise) Integration settings available for editing.
