Allowing remote access to your device

Your administrator may request remote access to your device. In this case, after the next synchronization of your device with Kaspersky Security Center, you will receive an issue or notification with an offer to connect to the remote control session.

During the session, the administrator will be able to view the device screen, take screenshots, and perform actions on the device. Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Android will inform you about the status of the remote connection. You can stop the session at any time.

Before connecting to a remote control session:

• Accept the agreements offered to you. They contain information on the remote control functionality.
• Enable accessibility for Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Android.
• Allow viewing the device screen. This permission must be granted each time before you start screen sharing.

To start a remote control session:

1. Make sure that the offered agreements are accepted and that accessibility is enabled for Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Android.
2. Tap Allow in the received issue or notification requesting your permission to start a remote control session.

   The notification is sent after device synchronization with Kaspersky Security Center. If synchronization does not occur automatically, your administrator may ask you to synchronize the device manually.

3. Grant permission to view the full screen of the device.
4. In the window with instructions for connecting to the session, tap Allow and start session.

The remote control session starts.

If you want to end the session, tap Stop.
