硬件和软件要求

为确保 Kaspersky Endpoint Security 的良好运行，您的计算机必须满足以下要求：

最低一般要求：

工作站

支持的工作站操作系统：

从版本 11 24H2 开始的 Windows 操作系统支持 UDP Receive Segment Coalescing Offload (URO) 技术。如果计算机上安装了兼容的网卡和驱动程序，则默认启用该技术。在用户的计算机上禁用 URO 会显著降低应用程序的性能。

为确保 Kaspersky Endpoint Security 正常运行，Windows 安全中心 (wscsvc) 服务必须在用户的计算机上运行。

Kaspersky Endpoint Security 无法安装在未安装以下操作系统更新的 Microsoft Windows 7 上：KB4490628（2019 年 3 月 12 日）和 KB4474419（2019 年 9 月 23 日）。有关详细信息，请参阅技术支持知识库。

服务器

Kaspersky Endpoint Security 对运行 Windows 服务器操作系统的计算机上的应用程序核心组件进行支持。您可以在组织的服务器和集群上（集群模式）使用 Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows，而不是 Kaspersky Security for Windows Server。该应用程序还支持 Server Core 模式（请参阅已知问题）。

支持的服务器操作系统：

Kaspersky Endpoint Security 无法安装在未安装以下操作系统更新的 Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 上：KB4490628（2019 年 3 月 12 日）和 KB4474419（2019 年 9 月 23 日）。

在 Kaspersky Security for Virtualization Light Agent 帮助中查看在 Light Agent 模式下运行应用程序的虚拟基础架构要求。应用程序需要带宽至少为 100 Mbit/s 的虚拟化网络接口才能正常工作。
