Obtaining OS data (Kaspersky Get System Info)

After the Kaspersky Endpoint Security application is installed, the operating system or an application may not function correctly. There is a conflict between the application and the software or drivers of the computer components.

To identify the cause of the problem, Kaspersky Technical Support requires a report from the Kaspersky Get System Info utility (hereinafter referred to as GSI). For detailed information on using the utility, refer to the Kaspersky Knowledge Base.
