Distribution kit

The distribution kit includes Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Linux Nodes installation package containing the following files:

• kics-1.3.0-<build number>.i386.rpm, kics_1.3.0-<build number>_i386.deb

  Contain the main application files. Packages can be installed to 32-bit operating systems based on the type of package manager.

• kics-1.3.0-<build number>.x86_64.rpm, kics_1.3.0-<build number>_amd64.deb

  Contain the main application files. Packages can be installed to 64-bit operating systems based on the type of package manager.

• kics-gui-1.3.0-<build number>.i386.rpm, kics-gui_1.3.0-<build number>_i386.deb

  Contain the files of the application graphical user interface. Packages can be installed on 32-bit operating systems according to the type of the package manager.

• kics-gui-1.3.0-<build number>.x86_64.rpm, kics-gui_1.3.0-<build number>_amd64.deb

  Contain the files of the application graphical user interface. Packages can be installed on 64-bit operating systems according to the type of the package manager.

• kics-1.3.0.<build number>.zip

  Contains files used in the procedure for remote installation of the application using Kaspersky Security Center, including the files license. <Language ID> and ksn_license. <Language ID>.

• klnagent-<build number>.i386.rpm, klnagent_<build number>_i386.deb, klnagent64-<build number>.x86_64.rpm, klnagent64_<build number>_amd64.deb

  Contain Network Agent (a component of Kaspersky Security Center that provides interaction between Kaspersky Security Center Administration Server and Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Linux Nodes).

• klnagent-rpm.tar.gz, klnagent-deb.tar.gz

  Contains the klnagent.kpd and akinstall.sh files used in the procedure for remote installation of Network Agent using Kaspersky Security Center.

• ksn_license. <language ID>

  Contains the text of the Statement on Kaspersky Security Network.

• license. <language ID>

  Contains the text of the License Agreement. The License Agreement specifies the terms for using the program.

Changing application files using means not described in the application documentation or not recommended by Technical Support specialists may lead to poor performance and failures in the application and operating system, reduced protection, as well as inaccessible and corrupted data.
