Manually starting and stopping vulnerability and compliance audit jobs

You can manually start and stop vulnerability and compliance audit jobs. When you start or stop a job, the application starts or stops all scans on the devices selected for this job.

You can stop or run the job depending on the status of the last job run. For example, a job cannot be started if the status of its last run is Running.

Only users with the Administrator role can manually start and stop vulnerability and compliance audit jobs.

To start a vulnerability and compliance audit job:

  1. Connect to the Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Networks Server through the web interface using the Administrator account.
  2. Select the Security audit section.
  3. On the Vulnerability and compliance audit tab, select the job you want to start.

    The details area appears in the right part of the web interface window.

  4. Click Run. The button is disabled if the job cannot be started.

Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Networks starts the job. You can view information about the device scans in progress on the Runs tab in the job details.

To stop a vulnerability and compliance audit job:

  1. Connect to the Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Networks Server through the web interface using the Administrator account.
  2. Select the Security audit section.
  3. On the Vulnerability and compliance audit tab, select the job you want to stop.

    The details area appears in the right part of the web interface window.

  4. Click Stop. The button is disabled if the job cannot be stopped.
