Export the application settings to a file
You can export Kaspersky Password Manager settings to a file using the Command Prompt. Exported settings are stored in an XML file with a high-integrity mandatory label.
Export the application settings using the Command Prompt
- Quit Kaspersky Password Manager.
- Start the Command Prompt as an administrator.
- Enter
cd "<Kaspersky Password Manager installation folder>"
For example,
cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Password Manager 9.0.0"
- Enter
kpm.exe –ExportSettings="<path to an XML file>"
For example,
kpm.exe –ExportSettings="C:\Backup\kpm_settings.xml"
The application settings are exported to the file you specified.
