Anti-virus databases are out of date

The following error message appears if updatable components that perform threat detection have not been updated in more than 336 hours (14 days):

• Anti-virus databases are out of date.

Issues

• File execution results contain information about detected objects as for the last update date of the detection component.

Recommendations

• Update components that perform threats detection.
• Make sure that anti-virus databases are updated. Contact the Kaspersky Research Sandbox administrator to check the database update source mirror that was specified during the application installation.
• Repeat file executions that were performed during the last 336 hours (14 days) since the issue occurred.
