Required debug symbols are not found

The following error message appears if there was a failure to deploy a template and create a custom execution environment:

• Template deploy error for custom image (ID: <custom image ID>). Required debug symbols are not found. See Help for details.

Issues

• Required symbol files are not found for a custom image.
• A template was not deployed and a custom image (execution environment) was not created.

Recommendations

Kaspersky Research Sandbox server IS connected to internet in your network infrastructure:

1. Check the internet connection on a server, where Kaspersky Research Sandbox is installed.
2. Deploy a template again.

Kaspersky Research Sandbox server IS NOT connected to internet in your network infrastructure:

1. Obtain the required custom image manifest file.

   Use the custom image ID from the error message as the id parameter value.

2. On the computer with internet access, download the required symbol files specified in the custom image manifest by using a script.
3. Upload the symbol files to Kaspersky Research Sandbox in one of the following ways:
   • By using Kaspersky Research Sandbox API
   • By using a script
4. Deploy a template again.

In case downloading or uploading the symbol files fails, or a template deployment reoccurs after successful symbol files upload, please contact your Kaspersky Research Sandbox administrator.
