Threat score description

Kaspersky Research Sandbox provides a threat score for files and web addresses based on metrics and data obtained during task execution.

Threat score descriptions are provided in the table below.

95–100

Critical: The submitted file or web address is related to an advanced persistent threat (APT) attack and classified by Kaspersky expert systems as dangerous.

70–94

Malicious: The submitted file or web address shows signs of a malware that poses high risk.

50–69

Probably malicious: The submitted file or web address shows signs of a malware that poses medium risk.

25–49

Low risk: The submitted file or web address is related to legitimate software that can be used by intruders to damage your computer or personal data.

1–24

Limited suspicious activity: The submitted file or web address did not generate malicious activity during execution.

0

File or web address does not generate malicious activity (Clean or Good status), or there is no (or insufficient) information to define the category (for example, task processing failed).
