List of possible reasons for general statuses on updates management

The reasons for the current general status value are presented by the following reasons as a bitmask:

Value	Description	Output parameters
0	Updates are working properly, the Administration Server update task succeeded at time T.	T is KLSTS_Par_Upd_LastSrvUpdateTime.
1	Administration Server has not been updated for a long time.	T is KLSTS_Par_Upd_LastSrvUpdateTime.
2	N managed hosts have not updated for a long time.	N is KLSTS_Par_Upd_NotUpdatesCnt.
4	Administration Server update task in progress, completion percent - N.	N is KLSTS_Par_Upd_SrvCompletedPercent.
