List of possible reasons for general statuses on full-scan execution

The current general status values are presented by the following reasons as a bitmask:

Value	Description	Output parameters
0	Full scan completed on all the managed hosts.
1	Full scan not performed too long on N computers.	N is KLSTS_Par_Scn_NotScannedLatelyCnt.
