In the event of a connection failure between Kaspersky Thin Client and the remote environment, an automatic reconnect will be initiated provided that this feature is activated in the remote connection configuration.
If the connection is not restored during the re-connection attempt or if automatic connection is declined, the remote session screen closes and a message indicating the cause of the malfunction is displayed.
To resume the remote session:
Close the error message.
Try connecting to the remote environment.
If you are unable to connect, reach out to your administrator for help troubleshooting any physical network issues that might be preventing Kaspersky Thin Client from connecting to the remote desktop.
If the direct connection is established but you still cannot connect to the remote desktop, please contact Technical Support.
