If a monitor is set to a resolution of 1366x768, the image may fail to cover the entire screen. If you encounter this situation, we recommend changing the monitor aspect ratio.
Kaspersky Thin Client does not support data transfer over the IPv6 protocol.
Kaspersky Thin Client does not support multimedia keyboards, additional keyboards or other control elements and indicators on multimedia keyboards and mice.
Kaspersky Thin Client supports redirection of flash drives with storage capacities of up to 128 GB to a remote desktop.
The Kaspersky Security Management Suite web plug-in supports uploading of certificates only in DER format. The size of an uploaded certificate must not exceed 8 KB.
Kaspersky Thin Client does not support redirection of tokens, smart cards, and flash drives to a remote desktop running Astra Linux, ALT Linux or RED OS operating systems.
Kaspersky Thin Client does not support connection and disconnection of monitors during a remote desktop connection session.
Correct operation of the built-in DHCP client cannot be guaranteed when connected to a DHCP server that does not comply with the RFC 2132 standard.
If a USB token is reconnected to the same USB interface of Kaspersky Thin Client multiple times, stable operation of the system cannot be guaranteed.
When Kaspersky Thin Client is connected to Astra Linux, ALT Linux or RED OS guest operating systems, configuration of the desktop appearance is not supported (this includes smooth fonts, menu animation, display of desktop wallpaper, display of window contents when dragging, and display of the user interface theme selected in the settings).
When Kaspersky Thin Client is connected to Astra Linux, ALT Linux or RED OS guest operating systems, several connection errors cannot be displayed in the user interface, such as incorrect user account credentials (user name and password) and expired password errors.

For JaCarta smart cards and tokens to work correctly, JaCarta Single Client must be updated to version 3.0 or higher.
