Configuring filtering

To turn on call filtering:

  1. On the bottom tab bar of the Kaspersky app, tap All features.
  2. Tap Call Filter.
  3. View the description of the feature and tap Next.
  4. Grant the required permissions to the app.
  5. In the pop-up that appears, choose Kaspersky as your default app for caller ID and spam detection.
  6. Turn on the Block calls from unwanted numbers toggle switch.

Calls from numbers your denylist will now be blocked.

You can also turn on or turn off a prompt to block an unknown number. This prompt is displayed right after a call from numbers that are not in your contacts. From this prompt, you can add an unknown number to your denylist with just one tap. See the How do I add a phone number to the denylist immediately after a call section for details.

The Notify after calls option is not available in some regions.

To turn on the after-call prompt:

  1. On the bottom tab bar of the Kaspersky app, tap All features.
  2. Tap Call Filter.
  3. Turn on the Notify after calls toggle switch.

After you finish or decline a call, you will now see the prompt.

If Kaspersky Who Calls is installed on your device, the Kaspersky app uses the prompt settings from this app. In this case, you can change the prompt settings in the Kaspersky Who Calls app. Please note that Kaspersky Who Calls is available only in some regions. For more information, see the Kaspersky Who Calls Help.
