Limitations of the application upgrade under your current license

The use of the upgraded applications under existing licenses is subject to the limitations of that license, as well as applicable local laws and regulations.

The use of VPN technology is subject to local laws and regulations. Kaspersky VPN should only be used for its intended purpose. It is not available for download or activation in Belarus, China, India, Iran, Iraq, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, or Saudi Arabia.

Kaspersky Premium is not covered by your current license and requires a separate purchase.

Application upgrade is not supported with Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2012, Kaspersky Internet Security 2012, or Kaspersky PURE licenses.

* Anti-Spam and Application Manager have been removed, and their functions are now automated or covered by other application components.

** For Data Leak Checker, monitoring of credentials entered on websites is not supported.

*** Please note that the availability and conditions of using VPN functionality provided in a free mode in Kaspersky Internet Security, Kaspersky Total Security, and Kaspersky Security Cloud have changed. This is reflected in the applicable license terms and product documentation. Starting November 27, 2025, Kaspersky VPN is no longer available in free mode. This change is related to an infrastructure update, not to your paid subscription.
