How to send data about application or browser window to Kaspersky

If you encounter problems with an application or browser window, you can report this window to Kaspersky via the Kaspersky application.

To send data about application or browser window to Kaspersky:

1. Open the main application window of Kaspersky.
2. Click the button in the lower part of the main window.

   The Settings window opens.

3. Go to the Privacy settings section.
4. Click the Application Manager button.

   The Application Manager settings window opens.

5. Under PC Cleaner, click Run PC Cleaner.

   This opens the PC Cleaner.

6. Click the Report annoying application link.

   The cursor changes into a target.

7. Point the cursor at the application or browser window that you want to report to Kaspersky.
8. Left-click to gather data about application or website that opened this window.

   The Gathering data about application window opens.

9. In the Gathering data about application window perform the following actions:
   1. To view data about the chosen window, click the View gathered data link.

      This opens the Gathering data about application window, where you can view all the gathered information about the chosen window.

   2. To view the image you copied, hover over it and left-click on it.

      The folder where you saved the image will open.

   3. Select the I have read and agree to the Technical Support statement check box.
   4. Click the Send button.

Data on the application or browser window will be sent to Kaspersky.
