Editing an incident notification

Only system administrators can manage incident notifications.

To edit an incident notification:

  1. In the lower-left corner of the page, click theĀ Main menu button.

    You will be taken to the administrator menu.

  2. Select the Notifications section.
  3. Select the check box next to the notification that you want to change and click the Edit button.

    The Edit button is available if only one notification is selected.

  4. Make the necessary changes.
  5. If necessary, enable or disable sending incident notifications using the State toggle switch.
  6. Click the Save button to save the changes.

The updated information about the notification will be displayed in the table. If necessary, you can delete notifications.
