Each rule has a priority. The priority of a rule is the number of its row in the table of rules. Kaspersky NGFW applies rules in the order they appear in the table, from top to bottom. If the package matches the criteria specified in the rule, the action specified in the rule is applied to the package. The packet is not matched against the rules further down the table. More specific rules must come before the more general rules, otherwise the more specific rules will not work.
To change the priority of a rule, do one of the following:
If a rule is moved up in the table, then the rule that had this priority and all rules below it are moved one position down. If a rule is moved down in the table, then the rule that had this priority and all the rules above it are moved one position up.
